Myofascial Release Technique & Neuromuscular Therapy allow tight, overused muscles to lengthen, loosen and become more relaxed.
Specifically designed for athletes of all levels. Stretching, muscles energy techniques, and deep work are used to reduce injuries and promote flexibility while enhancing athletic performance and recovery time.
Hot Stone Massage (90 minute only)
The ultimate in deep relaxation, this massage will transport you to another space and time. Heated stones are massaged into muscles to melt away tension and relieve stress.
Prenatal massage shares many of the goals of regular massage– to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and simply make you feel great– but is tailored to the specific needs of pregnant women and their changing bodies. Massage during pregnancy may reduce anxiety, decrease symptoms of depression, relieve muscle aches and join pains, and improve labor outcomes and newborn health.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is
administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen life force energy flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s life force energy is low, then we are more likely to feel sick or stress, and when it is high, we are more capable of feeling happy and healthy.

Rachel Kriger is grateful to be of service in the world through her interactions with clients in the treatment room. She graduated with a Master’s in Acupuncture from the Tai Sophia Institute in Maryland and was licensed as an acupuncturist in 2009.
Rachel loves acupuncture because it is a safe and effective healing modality that can be useful for anyone. Physical pain, stuck emotions, and over-thinking are some examples of what happens when life’s movement is thwarted. On the most basic level, acupuncture helps a person increase awareness, enhance movement, and relax.
Acupuncture can help you improve your symptoms whether they manifest in your body, mind, emotions, or spirit. They are all connected. You are like a garden, interacting with its surroundings and the seasons. Together we discover the best practices to tend your “garden” and learn from your unique body’s wisdom so you can maintain wellness and thrive!
Rachel offers a calm healing presence, support and encouragement to guide you safely through a transformative process. She hopes that the benefits you receive in the treatment room will ripple throughout your life and outwards to everyone you know.
